Gas - Landlord

All landlords are legally required to have all gas appliances checked for safety at least once every 12 months.

IJJ Services can carry out the appropriate checks to ensure that your appliances are safe, and that you are not putting your tenant's lives at risk.

On completion of any inspection a Gas Safe Certification will be issued on payment for your records.
